EULA - End User License Agreement

Before you install and use BookPrintXP you must agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept this agreement, terminate the software installation, or if already installed uninstall the product as described under Uninstalling BookPrintXP. 1.You must have downloaded or received BookPrintXP in the form of an original BookPrintXP distribution package as distributed by the author Walter Eckel, including all files contained in such package ("Original Distribution Package"). You can download the Current Original Distribution Packages for BookPrintXP from http://www.waltereckel.de/english/BookPrtX.zip 2.Copies of BookPrintXP not received in the form of an Original Distribution Package are not licensed for use, copying or transmission by you or others. 3. You can download the program from Internet for free. E.g. you may download from http://www.waltereckel.de/english/BookPrtX.zip .
The Original Distribution Package of the unregistered shareware program may be copied and distributed under the following conditions: Only the market usual fee may be charged for the duplication and the distribution of the Original Distribution Package. You may not alter, delete or add any files contained in the Original Distribution Package. 4. Copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties protect BookPrintXP. 5.THIS SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED AS IS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THIS SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS OR PROFITS OR ANY LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE. 6.You may not reverse engineer, de-compile, or disassemble the Software; 7 .If any one or more paragraphs in this Terms and Conditions agreement are found to be unenforceable or invalid, all other paragraphs shall remain valid. BookPrint consists of a Print-Manager (BookPrint-Manager) and a Print-Driver (BookPrint-Driver). The BookPrint-Driver is not supported anymore by Windows 7 and following Windows-versions.

Originaly, BookPrintXP was distributed as a shareware-program, but now is free (freeware). In order to receive the registered version, on the BookPrint-Dialog-Window click on --> Help , -> Info, -and -> Registration, then enter the data below in the input fields.
